Seva Yoga - yoga is part of the lila or dance of life.
Our classes are for people wishing to feel connected and challenged working intelligently with strength and alignment moving into letting go and enjoying the flow.

With a focus based on supporting students to learn in a loving and nourishing way, our teachers use different forms of yoga through movement, stillness, voice, theory, and philosophy. ​
Weekly CLASS Schedule

THURSDAY
12.15pm - VINYASA FLOW with Robbie (60 mins)
A grounded and opening flow for a perfect mid day break.
5.30pm - DYNAMIC FLOW with Robbie (60 mins)
Fun and challenging with plently of options, making this class accessible to all levels.
7pm - YIN YOGA with Robbie (75 mins)
Enjoy a deep release of body and mind enhancing flexibility, allowing you to let go of stress.
